Bilello's GF Promise

All our products are baked in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen. 

All our products are non GMO. There are no artificial preservatives, colors or flavors used in our baked goods. 

Baked with Love

Our founder and baker, Laura, has spent the last two decades as an account; then with family and friends, herself included having celiac disease and other food allergies, she turned her focus to her passion for baking. That love and passion for baking turned into a business and in 2015 our Bake Shop was formed.



We take allergies very seriously. We are allergen safe certified, meaning we have taken classes and exams to ensure we safely prepare our foods to avoid cross contact and keep our customers safe. Gluten Free Oats

We only use oats that are certified gluten free.  

Tree Nuts and Peanuts

We use tree nuts and peanuts including but not limited to almonds, cashew, pecans, walnuts, peanuts and coconut in some of our products. Be sure to carefully review our labels prior to ordering. Gluten Free Sweets 'n' Treats produces all baked good in a facility where nuts are processed.

Dairy and Egg Allergies

While most of our products are vegan, we do have a few items that contain egg and or dairy. Be sure to carefully review our labels prior to ordering.
